Can I use the kit without paying?
Yes. The tool and five reminder templates are free to use. You pay $149 if you want Prime24AI to tailor the kit to your process and walk you through it.
Will it send emails or collect documents?
No. It prepares text for your review. You send through your existing email account and collect files through your existing secure portal. It does not connect to accounting software.
What happens after payment?
Email your firm name, a blank monthly checklist, existing portal address and preferred tone to [email protected]. Prime24AI confirms the intake and delivers within two business days after all inputs arrive. The setup includes one revision requested within seven days of delivery and one 30-minute handoff.
Cancellation and support
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. If the delivered kit misses the agreed scope, contact us within seven days so we can correct it; if we cannot deliver that scope, we will refund the setup fee. Extra workflows and integrations require a separate quote. Contact [email protected].
Privacy
Checklist entries stay in the current browser tab unless you download or copy them. We do not receive those entries. Downloaded files are your responsibility. The site host may keep normal access logs. Clicking email or Gmail passes your prepared request to that provider. Email requests you send are used to handle your inquiry and setup; payment details are handled by Stripe. This page has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Ask [email protected] about access or deletion of information you send us.
