One application. One onboarding program. $299.

How it works

Confirm scope and timing

We confirm the target program, package, file/page limits, price and deadline before work starts.

Share approved documents

Before intake, we agree on a restricted folder owned by you. Share it only with named accounts; never enable public links or share passwords or portal credentials.

Review, sign and submit

You correct facts, sign required forms and submit the packet to the property manager or portal.

Fixed-scope pilot pricing

Packet review

$99

One application gap and discrepancy report; delivery timing confirmed before work starts.

Complex rush

$499

Up to 25 source files total, with no more than 50 application pages, a next-morning target confirmed at intake, and customer-operated portal guidance. We never take your login.

Reusable master packet

$749

Reusable company profile, capability statement, redacted packet and renewal tracker.

The 8 a.m. deadline applies only to an accepted in-scope order with complete, legible inputs received by the agreed 5 p.m. local cutoff. Missing or conflicting information may require a revised deadline, confirmed with you first. No added scope or fee without your written approval.

Keep sensitive information under your control

Before you share files, we agree on a folder you own with named-user access only; public-link sharing is not used. We revoke our access at closeout and delete working copies within seven days of delivery. Do not send banking details, payment-card data, passwords, MFA codes, identity scans or full Social Security numbers by email or in an AI prompt. Keep the full-TIN W-9 in your customer-controlled folder and add it directly to the buyer's portal yourself; we can mark it as customer-supplied without copying the TIN. Never share a portal login.

Scope and customer approval

We organize information and prepare drafts from facts and documents you supply. We do not issue insurance, change coverage, provide legal, tax or insurance advice, certify compliance, independently confirm license validity or determine insurance sufficiency, perform background checks, sign documents, submit applications or decide whether you qualify. We report only what is visible in the documents and written requirements provided. Your insurance agent decides what the policy supports and issues any certificate or endorsement. The property manager or credentialing provider controls requirements and approval. We do not guarantee vendor approval, contracts, payment or work.

You are responsible for checking every field, correcting errors, signing and submitting. If we miss the agreed 8 a.m. deadline after receiving complete in-scope inputs, you may choose a full refund or a revised delivery time. If you cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund; after work starts, you pay only for completed work up to the package price, with any unused balance refunded. Delays caused by missing information, your agent, a portal or another outside party are excluded from the deadline commitment.
